What are related expenses reported on line 36 of the 1040?

If you take a deduction for expenses related to the rental of personal property, you will report these deductions on line 36 of the 1040 as “PPR”.

These expenses can include, but not be limited to, depreciation, repair and maintenance costs, and operating expenses.
