Why doesn't Credit Karma have a phone number?
We’re all about using technology to help our members, so we currently offer our member support through email. We don’t provide phone support right now.
Email helps us:
- Organize and categorize the requests we get to increase efficiency
- Help more people faster than if we took calls
- Respond more thoroughly, including with helpful links, screenshots and articles
We have a lot of members to help out, so it can take us up to three business days to respond to help requests. We aim to get back to you as quickly as possible, though, and to always be as helpful as we can.
