I’m having trouble registering on the app. What should I do?

If you haven’t been able to complete registration on our app, here are a few things you can try.

Double check your personal information

We ask for your full name, address, date of birth and Social Security number so we can match your information with your credit files. If you’re stuck here, it’s possible that the credit bureaus have different information on file for you.

What you can do

  • Try former names, including any nicknames you may have used on credit applications.

    • If you recently got married and changed your name, your credit reports could still be listed under your previous name.

    • Visit AnnualCreditReport.com to see what your credit reports have listed for your personal information.   

Make sure you’ve given us the green light

Once you’ve entered all of your information, you’re asked to review and agree to a consent by checking the box. This authorizes us to get your TransUnion and Equifax credit reports for you.

Answer identity verification questions

During registration, we ask a few questions to verify your identity. If you don’t see a response that applies to you, “none of the above” is always an option.

These questions are generated using information from the credit bureaus. If there isn’t enough information available to create questions, or if you’re not able to answer the questions, you can upload your driver’s license or state ID.
