Your scores and reports can be updated once a week. The update is triggered automatically when you log in.
Tip: Check under your credit score. You can see when your score was last updated and when your next update is available.
If you use our mobile app the same process applies. If it’s been more than seven days since your last update, just open the app to trigger the updates.
If your account doesn’t update, try logging out and logging back in or uninstalling and reinstalling the app to troubleshoot. If you need more help, reach out to our member support team and we’d be happy to take a look.
