There are two ways to update the email address associated with your Credit Karma account, depending on whether you’re able to log into your Credit Karma account or not.
If you are able to log into your Credit Karma account:
- Visit your Security Settings under Profile and Settings.
- Under Change Email, enter your new email address twice, along with your password. Then select Update.
- We’ll send an email to your new email address with a confirmation link inside.
- If you don’t see it in your main inbox make sure to check your Bulk, Junk and/or Spam folders.
- Use the confirmation link in the email to log into your Credit Karma account using the updated email address.
If you can’t log into your Credit Karma account:
This can happen if you forget your password and no longer have access to the email address associated with your account.
