I forgot my email address. How do I find it?

If it’s been a while since you last visited Credit Karma, we can help you retrieve the email address you used to register your account on the desktop or mobile site.

 

Start with the email recovery page.

  1. Enter your full name, date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security number. Please enter all of the information exactly as you entered it during registration.

  2. On the next page, we’ll show you a partially masked email address. We use asterisks (“*”) to hide a portion of your email address and protect your privacy.

  3. If you recognize the email address, simply log into your account as usual.

 

What if I don’t recognize the email address?

If you can’t identify the email address, you can contact our member support team for help.

 

What if I no longer have access to that email account?

If you need to update the email address associated with your account, simply follow the instructions outlined here.

 

What if I need to reset my password?

Once you know your email address, you may need to reset your password. You can do that here.

 

What if my email address can’t be recovered?

If our system has trouble finding your account, you’ll be asked to email us. Fill out the form with any details that may be helpful. The more information our support specialists have, the better they’ll be able to help you out!
