I forgot my email address. How can I find it?

If it’s been a while since you last visited Credit Karma, we can help you retrieve the email address you used to register your account on the desktop or mobile app.

 Start with the email recovery page.

  1. Enter your full name, date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security number. Please enter all of the information exactly as you entered it during registration.

  2. If you recognize the email address, log into your account as usual.

What if I no longer have access to that email account?

I need to reset my password.

Once you know your email address, you may need to reset your password. You can do that here.
