How do I change my name or address on my profile?

To change your name or address, visit the desktop or mobile site, hover over "Profile and Settings" in the top right corner and click on the Personal Information link in the drop-down. Once you make the changes, hit the green ‘Save’ button at the bottom.

 Hey, why won’t my changes save?

For your security, updated personal information needs to be verified with the credit bureaus. If the information doesn’t match, the changes won’t be saved.

This can happen if you’ve recently moved or changed your name because the credit bureaus may not have received your new information yet. Try to update your information again in 30 to 45 days, as the bureaus may have your updated information by then.

If you information still hasn’t updated, we recommend contacting Equifax and TransUnion to update your file with them.
