#Good news! The IRS has extended the tax deadline to April 18th! As long as you submit your federal return by midnight on 4/18/2018, you won't be considered a late filer for your federal return. Direct debit tax payments that are submitted with your federal return (or on the IRS website) by 4/18 are also considered timely filed ×

How do I reset my password?

We can help you reset your password in just a few easy steps on the desktop or mobile site.

Step 1: Go to the password reset page.

To start the process, visit our reset password page and enter the email address associated with your Credit Karma account.

Step 2: Check your email.

You’ll receive an email with a URL. Click the link or copy and paste it into your browser’s address bar. The link expires 24 hours after it’s sent, so use it as soon as you can.

(If you miss the 24-hour window, don’t worry. Just repeat step 1.)

Step 3: Verify your identity.

You have two options for verifying your identity:

  • Enter your full date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

  • Answer the security question that you chose when you created your account.

Step 4: Enter your new password.

That’s it! After you’ve successfully reset your password, you can log into your account using your new password.
