I couldn't complete Step 3 of registration. What should I do?

Credit Karma takes your security seriously, so before you complete registration, we’ll ask a few questions to verify your identity.

These questions are generated using information from the credit bureaus. If there isn’t enough information available to create questions, or if you’re not able to answer the questions, there are a couple of things you can do. 

Option 1: Log out and log back in.

In some cases, you may be given another chance to verify your identity. The questions will once again be based on credit bureau information. If you aren’t able to complete the online identity verification, or you’d prefer not to try again, you can choose option 2.    

Option 2: Send us verification documentation to complete registration.

Download, complete and return the form at the bottom of this page. (You’ll want to print it from a desktop computer.) The form includes all the details on what you’ll need to do next.
