#Good news! The IRS has extended the tax deadline to April 18th! As long as you submit your federal return by midnight on 4/18/2018, you won't be considered a late filer for your federal return. Direct debit tax payments that are submitted with your federal return (or on the IRS website) by 4/18 are also considered timely filed ×

Where do I enter 1099-K information on Schedule F for farm income?

If you receive a Form 1099-K for farming or farm-related income that must be reported on the Schedule F, you should report it on whichever line best describes the income.

For example if you sold livestock you raised and products for resale then received one 1099-K, split the income between the two. Enter a portion of it on “Specified sales of livestock and other resale items” and the remainder on “specified sales of products you raised.
