There are two ways to update your email address on the site.
If you are able to log into your Credit Karma account:
Hover over your screen name in the top right corner and click on the security settings link in the drop-down menu.
Enter your new email address twice along with your password. Then click “Save.”
Use your new email address when you log into Credit Karma in the future.
If you are not able to log into your Credit Karma account:
This can happen if you forget your password and no longer have access to the email address associated with your account. If this is the case, you can do the following:
Verify your identity by sending us documentation.
If you’d like us to change your email address, please send us the following documents so we can verify your identity. (We know it’s a bit of a hassle, but we take security seriously!)
If you'd like to continue, please download, complete and return the attached form with the requested documentation.
The downloadable PDF is located at the bottom of this page on the desktop site.
Once I receive these documents, I can reset your password for you and send a new temporary password to the email address associated with your active account.
For security reasons, please do not send your personal information or documentation by e-mail.
