I can't complete Step 3 of registration. What should I do?

Credit Karma takes your security seriously, so before you complete registration, we’ll ask a few questions to verify your identity.

These questions are generated using information from TransUnion. If there isn’t enough information available to create questions, we may not be able to provide you with your score or report.

If you aren’t able to answer your questions correctly on the first try, you may be given another chance in 30 days. If you aren’t able to complete the online identity verification on your second try, or you don’t want to try again, we won’t be able to provide you with your score or report.
