I didn’t get the verification code on my phone. What should I do?

Make sure you entered the correct phone number and re-enter your number if necessary. You can also have us resend the code. We’re not able to send codes to voice over IP numbers, so make sure you have a mobile phone.

Your phone number can only be associated with one Credit Karma account, so you may want to check with your family or friends to make sure they’re not using your phone number for their accounts.
