I did not get a verification email. What should I do?

Try the "Resend verification email" button and we will send you another link.

If you accidentally entered the wrong email when you set up your Credit Karma account, you can go to your Credit Karma profile settings to change your email address.

Once you’ve updated your email, refresh the e-file page and click “Resend verification email.” We’ll then send another link to the correct email address.
