Equifax Breach

We have no indication that Credit Karma data provided to us by members has been compromised as a result of the recent Equifax breach.

We recommend that you closely monitor your credit reports, and reach out to your banks or lenders if you notice any unusual activity. You can use your Credit Karma account to stay on top of your credit. Additionally, if we notice any important changes, we’ll send you an alert so you can check for any suspicious activity.

Equifax has created a website, www.equifaxsecurity2017.com, which you can use to determine if your information has been potentially affected.

If you prefer to speak to someone, you can contact Equifax’s dedicated support center at (866) 447-7559. Equifax’s support center is available every day, including weekends, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Eastern time.
