Can I still access my past score history?

Credit Karma recently updated the scoring model TransUnion uses to provide scores for our members. Unfortunately, switching to this new scoring model will mean that our members will no longer be able to view their past scores history on the Credit Karma site. No need to worry, this will not affect your scores and you are not losing any credit history. It simply means that the previous scores you saw calculated by the old scoring model on our site will no longer be available.

However, the new and more advanced scoring algorithm, CreditVision Risk model, emphasizes a score that is calculated using trended data and information about your credit from the last 24 months instead of your credit standing at the very moment. This way, our members can have a better picture of their credit. CreditVision Risk is also a more widely used model amongst lenders. Come check out your new CreditVision score and report by signing in here.

You can learn more details about the CreditVision Risk scoring model here.
